Now in our 13th year, Blas na hEireann, The Irish Food Awards is the
biggest competition for quality Irish produce on the island of Ireland. Over 2500 products were entered into the 2019 competition to win Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in over 100 food and drink categories as well as key awards such as Supreme Champion and Best Artisan Producer.

KEY 2020 Dates

17th March – Entries open online 
Earlybird entry from 17th March to 8th April
8th April – Last day to avail of the earlybird rate
25th May – Final date for entry
June TBC – Bread Judging with TU Dublin (Categories 20-25)
July – Judging at UCC
August – Finalists Notified
30th September & 1st October – Finalist Judging
2nd & 3rd October – Blas na hEireann awards presented and producer networking events
