Nutorious Nutrition is a small start-up food business from Knockbrandon, Gorey, Co. Wexford. Having attended the Gorey Farmers Market for the first time during the August Bank Holiday of 2020, we have been astonished by the interest in our 100% natural selection of nutty and seedy snacks & granola. All products are gluten free and dairy free. Nutorious was founded by Una Sinnott in the same month that she graduated from UCD with a 1:1 degree in Food and Agribusiness Management at the age of 22. Since establishing, Nutorious has won two Blas na hEireann awards, stocks approximately 25 cafes across Leinster and is launching a website in Spring 2022. We specialise in creating healthy and nutritious snacks from a few simple and pure ingredients; mainly different types of nuts, dates, seeds and Irish oats.

Nutorious Nutty bar:
With a peanut butter base, this snack bar is full of roasted almonds and hazelnuts. It’s crunchy, sweet taste is bound by 100% peanut butter, some top quality dates and sweetened with a touch of local honey.(contains almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts)
Nutorious Almond bar:
Packed with roasted almonds and hazelnuts, this healthy snack bar has an almond butter base and is slightly sweetened with the inclusion of dates and local honey. (contains almonds, hazelnuts)
Nutorious Coffee kick: (Bronze in the 2021 Blas Na hEireann awards)
A peanut butter caffeine fusion – this snack ball is tossed in roasted almonds and sweetened with locally sourced honey. Although coffee is included in the mix, it has a subtle taste and brings a dark velvet feel to the snack ball. (contains peanuts and almonds)

When coconut and peanut butter collide, a delightful combination is found. This snack ball is soft and delicious. It is filled with roasted hazelnut pieces and rolled with care in shredded coconut. (contains peanuts and hazelnuts)
Nutorious Cocoa Bliss Ball:
The Cocoa Bliss is luxurious, soft and delicate. Combining 100% top quality peanut butter with pure cocoa powder, crunchy roasted cashews and shredded coconut. This snack ball will satisfy your cravings and supply you with a hit of protein, potassium and iron.

The Cashew Crunch is luxurious, crunchy and satisfying. Combining 100% top quality peanut butter with pure cocoa powder, crunchy roasted cashews and pure cocoa nibs. This snack ball will satisfy your cravings and supply you with a hit of protein, potassium and iron.
Nutorious Granola (Silver in the 2021 Blas Na hEireann awards)
Our most popular and most original item. Nutorious Granola is made with Irish oats and sweetened with some Irish honey. It is packed with nutritious seeds and top quality nuts. This granola is full of goodness and not very sweet, a hit with all ages as it is full of chunks and finished with a coconut sprinkle.
