Irelands abundance of fresh green pastures and our temperate climate allows lambs selected for the Irish Country Meats to be reared outdoors in the traditional way on a predominantly grass and milk based diet resulting in a product with a delicious and distinct flavour. Selected from only the best Irish farms, our lamb is traditionally matured and carefully prepared using the skills and craftsmanship of master butchers to ensure optimum tenderness and product presentation. Direct deliveries from Ireland ensure optimum product freshness further enhancing the eating experience.
