Barbecue Cowboys is all about smokin good food. Jay specialises in smoked barbecue meats, inventing his own rubs, spices and sides that compliment the unique flavour of his meats. His barbecue beans (with beef brisket, pulled pork or vegetarian) are a meal in itself or the perfect accompaniment to a dish of your choice. Serve on a baked potato, chips or sweet potato fries.

Barbecue Cowboys is set in the picturesque village of Hollyfort, just outside Gorey town.
