PRODUCER PROFILE
We are Mirna and Fergal, we live locally in Wexford with our three small children and we started a small food truck business last summer, Al Wadi Falafel – traditional food from the holy land, Palestine.
We trade locally in Wexford on Fridays and Saturdays as well as in Waterford recently. We also do private events, catering, and small festivals.
We sell Falafel wraps and platters as well as traditional homemade hummus, salads, Bakalwa and lots more delicious middle eastern street food.
