Regan Organic Farm

Regan Organic Farm is a small family run business based approximately 6km from Enniscorthy. Mary Regan began rearing chickens in 2004, when she applied for conversion of the family farm to organic status, becoming fully certified by Organic Trust in 2006. Initially the produce was sold through the local Farmer’s markets, but due to growing demand for the organic chicken, further outlets developed quickly throughout the country.
Later, Mary’s husband David, and sisters Helen and Ger became involved in the business. They specialise in the production of high quality organic poultry, pork and eggs. The animals are farmed in harmony with nature and they grow slowly in their natural environment, where they can exhibit normal social behaviour. They have access to outdoor pastures and are reared with the highest of welfare standards. Chickens are fed organic meal from day old to slaughter at 12 weeks. They are processed on the farm, in their EU approved processing plant; this ensures that the Regans have complete control of their treatment and distribution therefrom. 2019 winner of the Co Wexford business award for food and beverage.
