Richie opened his first shop at 76 South Main Street, Wexford in 1982 having learned the craft from his father, Paddy. Nowadays, our experienced butchers work across two main sites, both run by family. Richie is still a fixture on the Main Street while his son, Noel, heads the 1798 Street shop.
We provide our customers over 35 years of experience, ensuring that the products that are sold are of the best quality. We offer field to fork traceability, sourced through our approved abattoir, in conjunction with local farmers. We have a wide product range with all meats being prepared by our craft butchers in our retail shops. We stock convenient ready to cook meals or we can prepare meats to suit customer requirements.
