Peas and Love is a lifestyle food business, we prove it is possible to have a good social life & cultivate health at the same time!

My passion for health and well-being developed when I was awarded a scholarship to Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island America to specialise in Plant-Based cuisine back in 2014.

Combined with my experience and love for fine dining – having worked in Ireland’s highest regarded restaurants from Michelin Star L’Ecrivain – to Asford Castle voted based hotel in the World 2015.

From these two passions, Peas and Love was born! Our food is created, presented to provide you with a unique grazing experience while keeping your best health in mind!

We attend markets – with a unique menu of grab-and-go of grab-and-go foods! You will mostly find us on Saturday at the Milk Market In Limerick which is our permanent resident market!

We cater corporate and private intimate events to provide you and your guests with a unique grazing experience.

We sell online, for collection in New Ross & offer nationwide delivery – and we have just launched a new collection of our most sought-after products – Overnight Oats, Power Balls & Signature Granola Range available soon in a store near you.
