“Field to Fork” butchers Richie Doyle we are the third generation in traditional butchering and retailing. Their experience in butchering guarantees the highest standards across all stages of the supply chain: from selection, to aging, to end product perfect for your enjoyment. They we are dedicated to deliver the highest quality, naturally reared and prepared meats directly from our shops in Wexford to your door. They work with other artesian producers and farmers to source the finest quality products, each one tested by Richie, for you to enjoy.
Turkeys are available to order whole or boned and rolled to your specification. As well as a selection of hams, if turkey is not for you, there is a huge selection of meat roasts prepared and sized to your specification.

Byrnes Free Range Farm
Byrnes free range farm is a family run farm located in Askamore nestled into the foothills of Slieve Bhui on the Wexford / Wicklow border. All the turkeys are brought in from a hatchery as days olds and are reared on straw bedding. They are fed on the highest quality ration to produce a succulent free range product. The turkeys roam freely and forage in lush grass.

Regan Organic Farm
Regan Organic Farm is certified organic so no pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, hormones or Genetically Modified products are used. All of the animals are reared naturally free range.
The organic turkeys chickens ducks and pigs reared on the Regan farm can root and peck away at wild herbs and grubs to their hearts’ content, bathe in the dust or roll around in the mud. The chickens don’t have their beaks trimmed, the pigs don’t have their tails docked or their teeth clipped.
