Lolu Bakes is a vegan bakery that was started in 2020 by Shana Paterson, a self-taught baker. At Lolu Bakes, the goal is to provide delicious and eye-catching baked goods that taste just how they should, with the added bonus of being vegan friendly! What began as a hobby and a way to provide birthday cakes to Lola, Shanas daughter, progressed into other foods/desserts as a passion for baking was found. Lolu Bakes products can now be found in some of Wexford’s coffee shops and private orders are available through Lolu Bakes directly. Our current focus is in growing our product listings as well as stockists throughout Wexford.
