Wexford Food Family member Ballyhack Smokehouse announces exciting details on expansion.

Ballyhack Smokehouse are delighted to announce the start of their plan to expand and evolve the smokehouse. To begin with we are launching a 300g and 500g unit pack of presliced Artisan Smoked Salmon on November 25th and we will also have full sides of presliced and unsliced available to order for the festive season. This product will bring contentment to every household as it can be enjoyed in a whole range of delicious snacks throughout the festive season .

The new variable unit size means we can satisfy the needs of a person living alone right up to corporate companies who want to give it as a gift to business associates, customers or employees for Christmas This product will also be available to buy in a number of local supermarkets and retail outlets and these will be posted on our Facebook and twitter pages very soon.

Once the festive season is over we will continue with our expansion and have a very exciting year planned for 2020 where we aim to add to our range of Hot and Cold Smoked product. Although the Smokehouse will undergo expansion and refurbishment, we want to ensure our customers that we will continue to follow our basic principles to remain Artisan, continue to use same smoking process, remain competitively priced and maintain our good quality product standards throughout.
