The business was started by Chef Mary O’Hanlon creating breads cakes tray bakes & slices that are deliciously tasty acquiring Blas Na hEireann & Great Taste awards along the journey since 2011. Our mission is to create tasty products therefore creating unique flour blends for each products also using only the best ingredients. Our products have no additives or preservatives which differentites us from the majority of gluten free products. We supply coffee shops hotels supermarkets and lifestyle centres.
