Jimmys Kitchen

Jimmy is famous for the rissole which is a local delicacy in Wexford & is now being sold throughout the country. Joe Duffy from RTE Radio christened him “Jimmy Rissole”

Jimmys Kitchen developed from when Jim was made redundant as a deli manager in a local supermarket. With no sign of a job, Jimmy took the initiative and trained as a chef with Fáilte Ireland, and then struck out on his own making rissoles.

From humble beginnings, he is now working out of a state of the art, purpose built Commercial Kitchen located just outside Wexford town. Producing a range of products, mainly potato based,  Jims team now supply nationwide.

All ingredients are sourced in Ireland with 99% coming from within Wexford County.

His quality & attention to detail has meant that the Supermarket groups as well as independent retailers have requested that Jim make bespoke products for their stores. The range from Jimmys Kitchen can be found in Tesco, Supervalu , Dunnes & independent retailers & butchers.

Currently we have 2 chilled vans delivering to stores & also have distribution agreements in place to cover other areas in Ireland.

Our catering range is being offered in Restaurants & Hotels across the Country.
